Refund policy
We have a 14-day return and refund policy. Once 14 days from the date of your purchase expires at midnight on the 14th day, we will not offer a full refund or exchange of your purchase.
Items are eligible for a return, must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All purchases of sale items are final sales and refund or exchange is not available for items purchased on sale or with coupon codes for discounted pricing.
Several categories of items are nonrefundable, this includes all sale priced items. Sale priced items are not returnable.
In addition, the following items are nonrefundable, can not be returned or exchanged for value.
Gift Cards are non refundable.
Downloadable software products, electronic media files, and/or Online Training Courses
Professional equipment that has been opened, used in any way, altered.
To complete a return, we require purchase receipt to verify your purchase date. You must contact us at support@stuckuplashes.com for all refund inquiries.
Do not send products back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is timely received and the items have been inspected, we will email confirmation that we did receive your returned item(s). We will also advise of the approval or rejection status for your return based upon the inspection upon receipt.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be timely processed and a credit will be applied to the credit or debit card used for your original transaction.
Missing or Late refunds
If you are awaiting a refund, please check your banking or credit card account. You will also need to contact your card issuer or bank to check on the internal processing of the release of the refunded amount back to your card or account.

Sale Items
Only regular priced merchandise is refundable or eligible for an exchange. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and may not be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to make an exchange please email us at support@stuckuplashes.com
Shipping Returns
Prior to shipping your return you must first obtain an RMA by emailing us at support@stuckuplashes.com
Instructions for returns will be given once and RMA is issued. You should not, under any circumstance, mail any products back without an RMA being issued for the return and/or refund or exchange. No refund and/or return or exchange shall be accepted without prior RMA and will result in shipment being rejected and returned to sender at your own expense.
You MUST also send email notification including the tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you must use a trackable shipping service as well as purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and any item not received and untraceable will be deemed unreturned.
